International Estate Planning
People sometimes have assets outside of the United States. Other times, non-citizens are residents of the U.S. and own assets in this country. In both situations, international estate planning may be warranted. U.S. non-citizen residents who are married to U.S. citizens may need specialized estate planning to minimize certain tax exposure.
Our firm assists clients with these unique needs. The founder of our Firm, Scott E. Squillace, Esq. lived and worked in Europe and Asia for nearly a decade. He was admitted to the Paris Bar and has international affiliations to assist with estate planning worldwide.
We also assist clients with offshore trust planning as part of their overall estate planning needs.
