We are members of Wealth Counsel ( www.wealthcounsel.com ),
a cutting-edge professional association and publisher of estate planning software. It is this technology that assists us to create estate plans that are modern and comprehensive. Sometimes, we co-counsel with colleagues from Wealth Counsel who are national experts in their field, such as our friend Peggy Hoyt, a leading expert on Pet Trusts and author of “All My Children Wear Fur Coats” ( www.legacyforyourpet.com ).

For advanced planning cases (estate plans with high-net worth individuals and families where an estate tax issue may be present) we often work closely with a group out of Chicago called InKnowVision ( www.inknowvision.com ). The team at InKnowVision understand and value the comprehensive approach to planning that we do. They also allow us to have access to resources that are normally only available to lawyers in very large firms.
