Gay and Lesbian Estate Planning
Gay and lesbians have very unique needs when it comes to estate planning. Whether you are married, single, children, or nieces and nephews that you need to provide for, traditional estate planning just does not work. Often, we hear of stories about the challenges concerning health care decisions or the extremely complicated tax situation that same sex couple have. This workshop will address those unique needs and help educate you on what options may be available for you and your loved ones.
